Common questions

Before you contact support.

Does the app require an account?

No. There is no account, login, cloud profile, or server copy of local desk state.

How do I erase local progress?

Open Privacy & Transparency and choose Reset My Desk, use Android's Clear storage control, or uninstall the app.

Why does an external-link notice appear?

The app itself has no Internet permission. A deliberate source or contact action opens the separate system browser, whose own privacy practices apply.

Can the app tell me where or how to vote?

No. It does not provide registration, eligibility decisions, polling-place lookup, ballot submission, candidates, dates, or current procedures. Use the relevant official government source.

Does the app endorse a method or candidate?

No candidate or party content is included. Method notes describe structures, questions, evidence needs, and limits without a personalized recommendation or score.

How do I contact app support?

Use the publisher's official contact page linked above. The public Google Play listing also provides the developer contact details for the released app.
